This invention was made in order to:

1)      Cook meat in a small amount of time

2)      Have meat cooked equally from all the sides without turning or flipping it (takes 3 minutes to get evenly cooked)

3)      Get rid of fats in a healthy way

 

The barbecue stove is also designed so that the user could fill it vertically with coal from the sides, it also has a specified place at the bottom of the barbecue stove where the user would be able to pour water easily, with this design the barbecue stove would be able to:

1)      Provide high temperature inside the barbecue and also keep it.

2)      Get rid of the extra fats without burning them which prevents the formation of smoke caused by the burning of these fats.

3)      Use the steam of the added water to keep the heat around the meat.

This new barbecue stove could be used to grill in two ways at the same time, In other words you could the steel rods and mesh (that are used specifically in barbecue), at the same time which simplifies the grilling and makes it faster.

Detailed description:

Cooks the meat in a short period of time which is evenly cooked from all the sides without stirring it. (It takes 3 minutes to get evenly cooked).

The barbecue stove’s new mechanism is based on it being filled vertically with coal from the sides; it also has a specified place in the barbecue stove where the meat would be placed in a way that allows the heat to reach the meat and it would prevent the meat colliding with the coal.

It would direct the wastes (such as ash and grease) which are produced from the process of roasting meat to the bottom of barbecue stove. In other words it is the place where wastes are collected and are ready to be thrown out.

Get rid of fat in a healthy way:

The grill is designed so that the user can fill it vertically with coal on both sides and has a specific place at the bottom of the grill where the user will be able to pour water easily. With this design the grill will be able to:

1)      Provide high temperature inside the barbecue and also keep it.

2)      Get rid of the extra fats without burning them which prevents the formation of smoke caused by the burning of these fats.

3)      Use the steam of the added water to keep the heat around the meat.

Larger models and different sizes:

It could be designed and manufactured in many different size depending on who uses it, for example: it could come in a huge size so it could be used in restaurants and it come in medium and small size so families could  take with them during trip

Exploitation method:

It can be used in homes and restaurants which will decrease the amount of pollution caused by grilling the meat and it will solve the problem of the smell and smoke (which is caused because of grilling the meat) that the housewives usually complain about. It will also prevent the user from getting his/her clothes dirty or smelly.


It can be used in house without causing problems among neighbors because of smoke, and the clothes that are scratched and dried in the air won’t be exposed to smoke. It can be used in parks that prevent people from grilling meat due to the heavy smoke that it causes. In other word it could be the solution that the Municipalities are looking for, since when there is a throng of people having barbecue in one place (usually in holidays) the amount of smoke which is being produced could be compared to a big cloud which covers the place, and this is the case in a lot of places such as Jaffa and other countries near the sea.
